End User Licence Agreement

This licence lets you use the EaseMyRenewals app, provided by Shrikant Kamble, trading as Easemyrenewals (easemyrenewals@gmail.com). It works together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use and as your app store allows. The app is licensed, not sold.

What you may not do
Do not copy, modify, rent, sell or distribute the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, remove ownership notices, or use it to harm others or break the law.

Ownership
The app and its content belong to us or our licensors. What you enter stays yours.

App Store and Google Play
If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies between you and Apple. Questions about the app are for us, not Apple. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to your download.

Updates and ending
We may ask you to install updates to keep using the app, for example for security or data protection reasons. You can end this licence at any time by deleting the app and your account.

Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Your rights and the law
Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Irish law applies, and you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Contact: easemyrenewals@gmail.com.
