Terms of Service
End User Licence Agreement (EULA) · Privacy Policy
These terms are between you and Shrikant Kamble, trading as Easemyrenewals (easemyrenewals@gmail.com). Updated: 4 October 2026. They work together with the Privacy Policy and the End User Licence.
What the app is
EaseMyRenewals helps you track renewals, bills, subscriptions, insurance and licences and reminds you before they are due. It is not financial, insurance, legal, medical or tax advice. Figures are estimates based on what you enter and on published information, so check dates and prices with your provider.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting it does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account.
Sharing and your content
What you enter belongs to you; we use it only to run the app for you. You choose who can see a record and whether they can only view it or also edit it, and you can stop sharing at any time. Only enter details about another person if you are entitled to.
Free and Premium
Premium is bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel it there. If Premium ends, records beyond the free allowance (more than one of each type) become read-only, your connections end and sharing stops. When you try to edit a locked record or add a connection, the app opens the Premium screen. If you subscribe again, your records unlock; connections are not restored, so you reconnect and share again.
Reminders and accuracy
Reminders depend on things we do not control: your phone's notification settings, battery and network, and the operating system. We work to deliver them on time, but we cannot promise every reminder will arrive. Please do not rely on the app as your only way of remembering something that matters, and check important dates yourself.
Acceptable use and our rights in the app
Do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other people's records or accounts, no probing or disrupting the service, and no copying or reverse engineering it except where the law allows. The app, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use it as these terms and the End User Licence allow, but you may not copy it, sell it or create copies of it.
Links and third-party services
The app may link to other websites or services, for example a provider's own site. They are not ours; their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them. The services we use to run the app are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and ending
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account where there is serious or repeated misuse, unlawful use, or a risk to other users or to the service. Except in serious cases, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to put things right.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (for example that digital content and services must be as described and fit for purpose), are not affected.
Apart from that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us failing to take reasonable care or to do what these terms say. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, for business losses (the app is for personal use), or for a missed renewal that results from a notification not being delivered because of your device, network or settings.
The app is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Changes to these terms or the app
We may change the app and these terms, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. For a change that matters to you, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email before it applies. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account before then. Small corrections that do not reduce your rights can take effect when posted.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or of your home country. Please contact us first at easemyrenewals@gmail.com so we can try to put things right.
Payments, cancellation and refund requests
Premium payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, not through this website. Manage or cancel your subscription in the store account used to purchase it. Deleting the app or your Easemyrenewals account does not cancel your subscription.
For Apple purchases, request a refund at Apple refund requests. For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play refund instructions. Eligibility depends on the applicable store rules and your statutory rights. For purchase or app problems you may also contact us at easemyrenewals@gmail.com. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
